杨桂林,博士,高级研究员,博士生导师
现任中科院宁波材料技术与工程研究所副所长, 所属先进制造技术研究所所长,中科院宁波材料技术与工程研究所科学技术委员会副主任,中科院机器人与智能制造创新研究院宁波分部主任,浙江省机器人与智能制造装备重点实验室主任, 中科院机器人与智能制造创新研究院宁波分部主任,国家特聘专家,浙江省特聘专家,中科院特聘研究员,宁波市“3315高端创新团队”带头人。
本科(1981-1985)、硕士(1985-1988)皆毕业于吉林工业大学工程机械系,随后加入石家庄铁道学院机械系,曾任助教、讲师、教研室主任和系副主任。博士(1995-1998)毕业于新加坡南洋理工大学机械与宇航工程学院,随后加入新加坡制造技术研究院,曾任副研究员、研究员、研究科学家、高级科学家、机械电子研究室副主任、机械电子研究室主任等职务。2013年中科院宁波材料技术与工程研究所以“旗舰人才”高级研究员将其引进。
长期从事机械电子、机器人及制造自动化方面的研究工作,在精密电磁驱动装置、多自由度微纳米操作机器人、模块化机器人、绳驱动机器人及工业机器人等领域主持过多个重大科研项目,并取得了较为显著科研成果。主要科研成果包括:系统地建立了模块化可重构机器人学理论,提出了模块化串、并联机器人和模块化绳驱动机器人设计分析的一系列原创性方法;提出了融合人体骨骼结构的穿戴式机器人设计方法,解决了传统穿戴式机器人对人肢体柔顺适应性差的难题;提出了基于对偶磁极设计音圈电机的新方法,有效地提高了音圈电机驱动力,发明了一系列由柔性机构支撑的大推力音圈电机;提出了多自由度柔性微纳米操作机构的集成设计方法,通过融合机构构型综合理论和结构拓扑优化方法,即实现了机构拓扑结构的创新设计,又显著地提高了计算效率;创新设计了解耦式主动万向脚轮,开发了全向移动机器人;研究了工业机器人的运用技术(如力-运动混合控制、快捷编程和在线运动误差补偿技术),拓宽了工业机器人的应用范围;成功地研发了基于力控制技术的机器人化大型零部件的接触式精密表面加工系统,并在航空发动机叶片、船用螺旋桨叶片等三维复杂曲面的精密光整加工中得到了产业化推广。
已发表学术论文280余篇(引用3000 余次),出版了10余篇书章节、1本著作(合著)和2本书(合编);申报国内外专利68项。担任了多个国际学术期刊的编委、技术编辑;作为大会主席、技术委员会主席和副主席组织过多个国际学术会议,在国内外大学和国际会议做特邀学术报告20余次。获2014年美国 “百大科技奖”(R&D100 Awards)、2014年“光华龙腾奖”中国设计贡献奖银奖和2018年中国产学研合作创新成果一等奖。
